In A24’s dark comedy “Dreams,” Nic Cage plays a humble college professor who starts appearing in the dreams of strangers. Looks interesting, will you watch it? (related: Willie Staley once tweeted, “A24 is short for ‘A 24 year old would think this is the best movie ever made'” lol)

Our freezer was broken for two years but was eventually replaced and the kids and I are enjoying a newfound love for frozen desserts! We have a bunch of ice cream bars, and the dark horse? Milky Way. I don’t like nougat, but there was no nougat on the ice cream bar – just chocolate ice cream, caramel and chocolate shell. Don’t sleep on these!

Okay, this is random, but when I discovered the best thing in the class I felt compelled to share it: this alarm clock. The beauty of it is its simplicity – no sound effects, no extras, no fuss. Each of our bedrooms comes with one, which is smaller in size and perfect for traveling. (Thanks, Liz!)

Creative Director Ali LaBelle does a cool thing when she travels (and to the museums I mentioned): she looks for a theme – color, pattern, shape, etc. – and takes sample photos. “Pistachio green is ‘everywhere’, especially in Milan,” she said of a recent trip. “Not pictured: two pistachio ice creams.” Who wants to try this in town this weekend?
