The IEBC, Kenya’s electoral commission, is to halt voting in four districts of the nation because ballot papers in those places contain inaccurate information.

Mombasa and Kakamega governor seats, as well as Kacheliba and Pokot South MP constituencies, are all impacted.

The Chairman of the Kenyan electoral commission, Wafula Chebukati, has indicated that details and photos of the candidates included in the ballots were incorrect.

On Tuesday, August 9, about 22.1 million registered Kenyan voters will exercise their constitutionally protected right to elect a new president and parliamentarians.
